Shipping Destinations :
We will ship to most International shipping destinations barring a few which have a high history of credit card fraud. We will even ship to these countries provided the payment is made through a Bank Transfer and payment is received in our account. Mode of Shipment :
We ship all our packages vide courier service namely SKYPAK INDIA. You can visit their website www.skypakindia.com for details on their service. All shipments are trackable online. In special cases, we may ship vide other services like UPS or FedEx if required. Additional Charges may apply for such service.
Shipment & Delivery :
We usually ship within 2-3 days of receipt of your order. In case we are unable to ship within such time you will be notified vide email. Delivery dates are dependent on Destination. International Shipments usually take 7-10 days to be delivered. Sometimes it may take more but all shipments are trackable and you can obtain your tracking number by logging into your account and verifying the status of your order.
Returning Merchandise :
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise. Please note that any merchandise returned without obtaining an RMA will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA for your Merchandise please contact sales[at]pickofindia.com. Merchandise must be returned to us in re-stockable condition to merit a full item value refund. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will accept full responsibility and provide a full refund including shipping charges under the following circumstances only. (i) If we have shipped a wrong item to you. (ii) If there is a gross mismatch in what you have ordered and what was shipped to you. To be eligible for a full refund, you must obtain your RMA from us and ship the goods back to us properly packed so that they reach us in a re-stockable condition. Please ensure that you ship by a mode that enables online tracking as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit which cannot be tracked.
